So, I recently decided I wanted to start coding again in c++ but I haven't been studying for months. How should I approach it again? I need help.

There is always the "Learn [language] the hard way" they have books for python (Learn Python the Hard Way) and C (Learn C the Hard Way). But like Sphnix said it might help if you point out what language you are interested in.

What??

I really don't understand this. How did you learn in the first place?? What difference does it make if you wrote code a week ago, or 6 months ago? Either you remember where you left off and you continue from that point, or you start over.

I can't really comprehend what is so complicated about this?

I got into coding by watching lots of tutorials on the language. Then I started learning to do more things with it.
