Why do bug bounty hunters on average have more skill?

why is it bug bounty hunters have so much skills? Is there a reason? After three certs imma do them.

Because practice makes perfect of course. The more you do something the better you become at it.

I think the concept could be expanded to almost everything, not only bug hunters:

More practice --> More experience --> More skills

Even, for example, penetration testers need a lot of skills.

Hacker101 by Cody Brocious is good for fundamental web application flaws; Jason Haddix's 'The Bug Hunter's Methodology v3(ish)' is the newest edition used by BugCrowd University. LiveOverflow's youtube channel is excellent for those preferring video-based learning, and 'Web Hacking 101' is a good general overview for those new to bug bounties.
