how to split this JS function into smaller ones of make function work?
#1
I can't believe my teacher extended this assignment to May 2nd at 11:59PM. I think I am finally getting a good general idea of this.

So basically, I have this timer function and I am having trouble figuring out how to structure the code after one second. Just to be clear, this is a general logic and code structure question. I can figure out the syntax errors myself afterwards, although I may ask for help with that if I have trouble. But I'm trying to figure out how to properly structure the next step in my code because I'm confusing myself somehow and this is really difficult.

I mean, syntax corrections do help, but I'm just having trouble getting past this first step where the seconds updates properly and correctly follows similar rules to the hundreths variable. So that's what I'm currently concerned with. That and I am having a lot of trouble figuring out the next piece of logic to get what I want. Then I need the minutes variable to follow a similar pattern.

Here is my JavaScript code:

Thanks.
